Procedure for Cleaning of Air Handler Blower Sections
Advanced Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning includes the cost of cleaning the blower section and motor of the air handler in our duct cleaning service. It is extremely important to clean the blower motor as motor life and performance will be greatly reduced due to dust and dirt buildup. Reduced operating performance translates to high maintenance, operating and energy costs.

The following is the procedure for cleaning of the blower section:
The blower section will be completely cleaned, initially air brushed using high pressure compressed air, 220psi, then hand wiped down. The areas to be cleaned include but are not limited to:
• blower motor
• squirrel cage
• cabinet interior
The HEPA filter housing will also be vacuumed and hand cleaned.
Advanced also offers, as an additional service, air handler coil cleaning. The following is the procedure for cleaning of a coil:
The coils will be air brushed with high pressure compressed air, then sprayed with Huri-Clean, a super concentrated, commercial grade liquid cleanser manufactured for cleaning of coils. After cleaning the coils, Oxine, an EPA registered FDA and OSHA compliant sanitizer will be applied to ensure total disinfection and deodorization.
